We protect construction sites, data centers, commercial and retail properties, residential communities, and federal/government facilities — and we do it through direct partnerships, not call centers and ticket queues.We're growing, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative who already knows this market to grow with us.The RoleYou'll own new business development across our service areas — identifying opportunities, opening doors with decision-makers you already know (or know how to reach), and bringing qualified contracts across the finish line. You'll work directly with leadership, not buried under three layers of management, and you'll have the operational team behind you to deliver on what you sell.What You'll DoDevelop and close new contracts across construction, data center, commercial/retail property management, residential/HOA, and government/federal sectorsLeverage your existing network of property managers, GCs, facility directors, procurement officers, and contracting officers to generate qualified pipelineRepresent IronWatch at industry events, association meetings, and on-site walkthroughsBuild proposals and pricing in partnership with operations leadershipMaintain client relationships through the early phase of each engagement to ensure smooth handoff and renewal positioningTrack activity and pipeline in our CRM with the same accountability we bring to incident reportingWhat We're Looking For2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in security services, facility services, staffing, construction services, or a related field selling into the same buyersFamiliarity with Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. markets and the regulatory environment Self-directed — you can run your own week without being micromanagedStrong written and verbal communication; you'll be in front of clients and writing proposalsValid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetingsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary commensurate with experienceUncapped commission on new contracts — the more you bring, the more you makeDirect access to leadership and fast decision-making on pricing and proposalsA service offering you can actually sell: real expertise, real responsiveness, and a team that picks up the phoneRoom to grow as we expand across the regionFlexible work from home options available.
