Sr Offshore Completions Engineer

We are currently partnering with offshore operators and energy technology organizations seeking experienced Offshore Completions Engineers to support deepwater and offshore well operations across the Gulf of America.This role will focus on the planning, execution, and optimization of offshore completions programs while collaborating closely with drilling, subsea, intervention, production, and offshore operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and support offshore well completion programs for deepwater assetsCoordinate completion operations with offshore personnel, service providers, and third-party vendorsProvide technical support during offshore execution activitiesMonitor operational performance, well integrity, and HSE complianceReview operational data and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtimeParticipate in operational planning, risk assessments, and post-job reviewsTroubleshoot completion-related operational challenges and provide technical recommendationsWork cross-functionally with drilling, production, intervention, and reservoir teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related technical discipline8+ years of offshore completions engineering experience within the oil & gas industryExperience supporting deepwater or Gulf of Mexico operations preferredStrong understanding of completion systems, downhole tools, well integrity, and offshore operationsExperience working closely with offshore teams and service companiesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred ExperienceDeepwater and subsea completions exposureExperience with intelligent completions, stimulation, sand control, or intervention operationsPrevious experience supporting offshore execution activitiesKnowledge of offshore operational and HSE standards
