We're highly attuned to the subtle requirements and easily missed details involved in creating smooth, efficient spaces - from front-of-house areas to back-of-house operations and beyond.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including retail, restaurant, and airport buildouts as well as tenant improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and cost management, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work.Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.Analyze construction costs and identify potential cost-saving measures.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project budgets.Provide timely and accurate estimates for bids on retail, restaurant, and airport buildouts.Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process.Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather relevant information for estimates.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.Experience with retail and restaurant projects, including buildouts and tenant improvements.Experience with airport construction would be a plus!Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionPaid time offBonuses...and more
