Convenience Store - General Manager

Relocation available for the right candidates *A rapidly growing convenience store chain, with a heavy emphasis of fresh food, based in Jacksonville is seeking General Managers in Western North Carolina. The company will consider relocation if the right candidate is out of state. Manage; sales, labor, shrink, etc.Manage food offer ensuring a quality and profitable offerEnsure a clean and safe environment that is welcoming to guests and crewAttend necessary job meetings.Requirements:Diploma or GED required. College degree in related field; business or hospitality a plusClean background, drug test, and drivers licenseExperience in high volume people management role. Must have retail and/or restaurant or C-store experience
