Now, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of something great.We are seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to join our Sun Prairie team. In this role, you will support the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—by coordinating subcontractor bidding, proposals, scheduling, documentation, and communication. If you show up with the right mindset, we can teach you the rest.Support Regional Manager and Sales/PM teams as neededEvaluate subcontractors and identify new partners in current and emerging marketsSolicit, review, and compare subcontractor bidsBuild and maintain subcontractor distribution lists in ProcoreAssist Sales/PMs in developing proposal scopes and design‑build guidelinesManage bid questions, addendums, and scope clarificationsWrite proposals for smaller projectsPrepare and process change ordersDevelop milestone schedules and client‑facing project calendarsManage project documentation internally and externally through ProcoreAttend and/or lead pre‑bid site visitsCoordinate distribution of plans, instructions, and bid documentsParticipate in internal meetings{{:}} architect transfer, civil transfer, scheduling, plan checks, pre‑construction, punch listReview door/hardware schedules, finish schedules, and casework drawingsWork with clients to develop door keying schedulesCoordinate interior design meetings and material/color selectionsReview shop drawings and manage fixture submittals (plumbing, lighting, etc.)Assist with subcontractor prequalification paperworkResearch permit fees and secure required permitsReview architectural, MEP, and civil plans for accuracyCoordinate utility applications (gas, electric, phone)Work with supervisors to create job schedulesProvide general project administration across departmentsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsAssociate degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in construction coordination, supervision, or project managementExperience managing RFIs, submittals, and construction documentationKnowledge of preconstruction processes, permitting, and subcontractor requirementsAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyExperience with project management software (Procore preferred)Excellent client‑facing communication and teamwork skillsStrong attention to detail and follow‑throughAbility to travel within Wisconsin for meetings and site visitsValid driver's licenseBenefitsWhat's in It for YouCompetitive salary + annual incentive bonusComprehensive benefits packageESOP ownership—a company‑funded retirement benefit at no cost to youA team of 270+ employee‑owners who want you to succeedA culture where your contributions matter and your growth is supportedWhen you succeed, we all succeed.
