Tradebe is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to support safe, compliant, and efficient shipping operations within a regulated industrial facility. This role is ideal for detail-oriented workers, forklift operators, and individuals looking to grow their skills in logistics and environmental services.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure shipping and processing areas meet DOT, RCRA, and facility permit requirementsFollow all EHS regulations and internal safety standardsMaintain DOT compliance for offsite shipmentsOperate a forklift to move, load, and transfer materialsSupport inventory control through scanning and documentationComplete entry-level SAP shipping tasks, including basic drum lookups and inter-company manifestsAssist with basic forklift fleet upkeep, such as fluid checks and inspectionsConsolidate materials to support efficient, cost-effective shipment processingCollaborate with team members across shifts to maintain steady workflowOther duties as assignedDo you have what it takes? High school diploma or equivalent One to three years of industry experience preferred Knowledge of DOT regulations Ability to safely operate a forklift Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable with basic math Able to read and apply SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading Able to work on-site and follow the assigned schedule Able to read, write, and understand EnglishWhat's in for you?
