With a warm smile, you greet each guest and assist with check-in or check-out. You enthusiastically register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Keeping our guests comfortable and happy is your top priority.You keep the front desk area clean and presentable. As needed, you provide positive resolutions to guest concerns. You're always willing to take the initiative to resolve issues quickly.
