C# Application Developer — POS & IntegrationsPlano, TX | On-site | Full-timeWe’re partnering with an established and growing restaurant technology company in Plano that is looking for a mid-level C# Application Developer to join its POS & Integrations engineering team.This is a hands-on development role working on technology deployed across thousands of restaurant locations nationwide, with a particular focus on POS applications, payment processing, third-party integrations, and APIs.The team is also actively adopting AI-assisted development tools, so they’re looking for someone comfortable using modern AI tooling to improve development, debugging, and engineering efficiency.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and maintain applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.Build integrations between POS platforms and third-party systems.Develop and consume RESTful APIs.Work on software supporting real-time payment processing and transaction workflows.Integrate with payment processors, loyalty platforms, and restaurant management systems.Troubleshoot application, API, and integration issues.Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools within your engineering workflow.Work closely with QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.Contribute to improving development, debugging, and integration processes through automation.What We're Looking For3–5 years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on C#/.NET development experience.Experience building and consuming REST APIs.Experience working with third-party integrations.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Experience using Git and working within an Agile development environment.Practical experience using AI-assisted coding/development tools.Ability to work on-site in Plano, Texas.A Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree is preferred, although equivalent practical experience will also be considered.Particularly Relevant ExperienceCandidates with exposure to any of the following will stand out:Point-of-Sale (POS) systemsPayment processingEMV/payment workflowsRestaurant or hospitality technologyLoyalty platform integrationsHigh-volume transactional applicationsEmbedded or device-side softwareCI/CD and automated testingAI-driven engineering or debugging automationWhy Consider It?This is a strong opportunity for a C# developer who wants to work on real-world, high-volume technology rather than purely internal applications.You'll be developing software that directly supports restaurant transactions and payment experiences across thousands of physical locations, while joining a team that is actively investing in modern engineering and AI-assisted development practices.The position is full-time and on-site in Plano, TX.
