Overview In this role you lead complex commerce transformations by shaping technical architecture while staying hands-on in development. You will guide cross-functional teams to modernize platforms and deliver scalable digital experiences that drive business growth. ResponsibilitiesLead commerce technology engagements from discovery to implementation, guiding modernization of platforms and digital experiencesDefine and govern technical architecture including system design, integration patterns, and technology selectionFacilitate discovery sessions, translate findings into architecture and delivery plansMentor full stack developers through code reviews, standards, and best practicesDesign, build, and maintain full stack apps, APIs, and data integrations for scalable commerce solutionsDrive quality, performance, security, and scalability across delivery, including CI/CD and issue resolution Key requirements5+ years of full stack development across frontend and backendExperience leading cross-functional engineering teams of 10+3+ large-scale platform modernization programs for enterprise digital platforms5+ years of cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including CI/CD3+ years designing relational and NoSQL databases and building REST or GraphQL APIsWillingness to travel ~50%Limited immigration sponsorship may be availableIndependent and collaborative working styleStrong written and verbal communicationMeticulous attention to qualityFull stack development across front-end and back-end technologiesTechnical architecture leadership, system design, and integration patternsCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
