Contract Recruiter

Contract Recruiter LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter to support a leading global CPG organization. This Contract Recruiter will step into a fast-moving environment with 1520+ active requisitions across IT and global corporate functions. The team needs a talented Contract Recruiter who can own full-cycle recruiting from day one with minimal ramp-up. This hybrid is a hybrid opportunity and is looking for someone to make an immediate impact and join the team ASAP. What's the job? Manage 1520+ active IT and global function requisitions Own full-cycle recruiting: intake to offer, background check and onboarding handoff Partner with hiring managers to define scope, skill sets and hiring strategy Recruit non technical and technical talent including Data Engineers and AI-focused roles Source via LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing tools Utilize Workday ATS and CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and drive offer process What's needed? 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience Experience hiring IT, data, engineering or AI talent + corporate reqs Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to manage high-volume requisition loads Workday ATS experience preferred LinkedIn Recruiter experience required Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to work onsite in Omaha TuesdayThursday What's in it for me? $3040/hour compensation LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance High-visibility technical hiring exposure Direct partnership with IT leadership Potential contract extension If you're a driven Contract Recruiter ready to make immediate impact, apply today.
