Handyman (Experienced Only)

Job Description The Handyman will provide versatile property maintenance and repair services across both commercial and residential properties. Working predominantly independently, this role demands reliable expertise in a variety of trades including painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and equipment installation. Frequent travel between job sites and proficient use of power tools and standard hand tools are essential components of this position. Experience is a MUST in: Drywall Repair, Painting, Electrical Diagnostics/ Repairs, Plumbing, New Installations, Fixture Replacement (fans, Faucets, lighting, Furniture Assembly, and Carpentry. ResponsibilitiesPerform painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs and installationsMaintain and enhance landscaping on residential and commercial propertiesInstall equipment and fixtures as requiredOperate power tools and hand tools safely and efficientlyCollaborate with a small team to complete multi-faceted maintenance projectsTravel frequently between various job sites to provide timely services Required QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in handyman servicesBilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred QualificationsProven skills in plumbing and electrical repair, DrywallStrong problem-solving abilitiesBilingual (English/Spanish)
