Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite, no exceptions)5+ years of software engineering experienceStrong programming skills in Python (Java/Golang/C++ also acceptable)Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)Experience building and deploying ML pipelines on AWSStrong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Git/GitHub, Azure DevOpsExperience with Docker and KubernetesAbility to support ML model deployment, monitoring, automation, and troubleshootingStrong communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have:Seldon, Kubeflow, MLFlow inference systemsTerraform or CloudFormationHelm/HelmfileObservability tools such as Evidently AIResponsibilities:Build and support enterprise MLOps platformDevelop scalable ML deployment pipelinesAutomate model testing, validation, deployment, and monitoringWork with Data Science teams to operationalize ML modelsCreate documentation, user training, and platform best practices
