Serving as a platform for positive change, the team works to connect with residents through meaningful outreach and innovative strategies.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time role for a Campaign Coordinator, located in Leesburg, VA, with opportunities for some work from home. The person will be responsible for assisting with campaign communication strategies, managing social media, conducting outreach to constituents, and supporting campaign events. Duties also include drafting press releases, tracking campaign analytics, and collaborating on project planning and execution.QualificationsSkills in Campaign Management, Campaigns, and understanding of political outreachExcellent Communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in Analytical Skills to monitor, interpret, and report data effectivelyExperience or interest in Project Management, including planning and organizationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiativeProficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools, and email marketing software a plusCommitment to the mission and goals of the Todd for Leesburg Town Council campaignCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Political Science, or a related field is preferred but not required
