Position Summary:
The People & Culture Coordinator supports employee engagement, operational efficiency, and the overall employee experience at HQ. This position coordinates logistics, budgeting, and hands-on support for onsite and offsite events, manages purchase orders and invoices for the People & Culture team, and serves as a welcoming first point of contact at the department’s front desk. The role facilitates weekly new hire orientation sessions for both onsite and remote employees, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting internal communications through video and photo shoot coordination and providing general administrative support across various P&C systems and programs.
Core Responsibilities:
Support engagement activities, training sessions, and corporate functions
Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, supply procurement, and tracking of event-related expenses
Process purchase orders and invoices for the People & Culture team
Provide guidance to coordinators in other Neo locations for events and budgets
Facilitate weekly new hire orientation sessions for both onsite and remote employees, including coordination of materials, communications, and onboarding activities
Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors to People & Culture, serving as the first point of contact when available
Assist with internal communications efforts, including onsite video and photo shoots
Provide general administrative support across various People & Culture systems and platforms, including LMS and Kudos
Provide back-up support for employee file management
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the People & Culture team
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3 or more years of experience in a People & Culture support role or similar administrative position preferred
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling logistics, data entry, and documentation
Comfortable being onsite daily and supporting in-person events and activities
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Travel: Up to 20%
