Manufacturing Sales Operations ManagerPosition SummaryRemote role that must be located in one of these states: PA, WI, MI, NH, FL, IN, MA. Will Drive revenue growth, cultivate customer relationships, and support the Commercial organization for targeted manufacturing Tecomet facility. Will develop the inside sales strategy, manage daily Commercial manufacturing operations, coach team members, monitor KPI’s and ensure exceptional customer service for this contract manufacturer.Principle ResponsibilitiesStrategyDevelop and execute Site specific Commercial growth strategy and achieve annual growth target for this contract manufacturerSite coordinator for Commercial activitiesAdministrationSite lead for customer Monthly Manufacturing Operating Reviews Compile monthly data for customer engagement meetingsCustomer coordination of Forecasts Obtain through email or portal customer forecast information for Site represented and provide to Demand Planning TeamTrack raw material variances and action as required Quarterly review of raw materials pricing changes. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Strategic Account Directors as required.Manage Tariff Customer Purchase Orders and Payments Manage all Tariff actions for purchase order obtainment and payment. Manage order entry with Customer Service and assure Finance is informed of payment status.Fiscal Year AOP Management for responsible facilities Development of Annual Revenue planMaintain SalesForce Opportunities and DashboardsManagement of customer escalationsCommercial representative for Site NPI related activitiesCustomer portal maintenanceCustomer Audit / Visit SupportPricing DiscrepanciesQuoting & Contract Support Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely quotesEnsure quotes reflect customer specifications, quality requirements, and regulatory standardsSupport contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and long-term supply agreementsReportingReport KPI’s and conduct monthly performance to target reviewsAnalyze sales data, forecasts, and performance vs. AOP Compile data analysis of current sales, past due items, and customer forecast to collaborate with Strategic Account Directors on actions requiredMonthly Receivables & Collections Track and manage monthly Receivables and Collections. Consult with Finance and Strategic Account Directors on escalations as required for non-payment. Profitability analysis Track and manage SKU level profitability. Collaborate with Finance and Strategic Account Directors as required.Monthly report out on growth Opportunity statusCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and metQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales management, or account management within a contract manufacturing or precision machining environmentStrong understanding of job shop, CNC machining, tight-tolerance manufacturingComfortable operating in a high-pressure, high-accountability environmentPreferredExperience working in a contract manufacturing environment or "build to print" businessExperience working with customers such as Zimmer Biomet, Johnson & Johnson, Stryker, or similar a plusFamiliarity with ERP/CRM systems in a manufacturing settingBackground in quoting engineered or custom-manufactured componentsKey CompetenciesCustomer-focused and relationship-drivenStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentProven ability to manage complex customer relationships and long sales cyclesTravel RequirementsUp to 25% travel as required - periodic internationalEqual Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
