You’ll be the first person they talk to—whether in person or on the phone—so being great with people is key!If you like working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, creative environment, this could be a great fit.What You’ll Be DoingHelping customers in-store and over the phoneGiving recommendations and putting together estimatesProcessing orders and handling paymentsSupporting marketing efforts and helping bring in new businessHelping with day-to-day shop tasks and keeping things running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking ForGood with computers (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.)Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional)Detail-oriented and organizedComfortable talking to customers and following up Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 120 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation. Nice To Have (but Not Required)If you have design experience, that’s a big plus—but if not, no worries at all.
