Mercor is looking for Frontier Code Agents to evaluate and improve coding models based on structured assessments. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of systems engineering experience and knowledge of AI coding agents. Applicants will work on complex tasks, reviewing and analyzing model-generated code while identifying potential issues within systems engineering workflows.
