You’ll support CNAs, communicate with families, and ensure residents receive the highest level of compassionate care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care following facility policies. Accurately administer medications and treatments. Supervise and support nursing assistants. Ensure positive resident experiences and clinical outcomes. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families.
