IT Field Analyst

A fast-growing, multi-location organization is seeking an IT Analyst to support day-to-day technology operations across regional sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working directly with end users, and gaining broad exposure to modern cloud-based environments.This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded IT professional who wants to build strong operational experience before moving into more advanced responsibilities over time.What You’ll DoProvide frontline IT support for employees across multiple locations, both remotely and onsiteTroubleshoot user issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applicationsManage user accounts, permissions, and licensing within Microsoft 365 and Azure environmentsRespond to and prioritize incoming tickets through a service desk platformAssist with hardware setup, software installations, and system updatesSupport network-connected systems including wireless and VoIP technologiesPartner with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across sitesDeliver a high level of customer service while resolving technical issues efficientlyWhat We’re Looking For3–5+ years of hands-on IT support experienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (email, user access, licensing)Exposure to Azure / identity management toolsExperience troubleshooting end-user devices and common IT issuesFamiliarity with ticketing systems and service desk workflowsBasic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, connectivity, devices)Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with non-technical usersOrganized, self-directed, and comfortable managing competing prioritiesNice to HaveExperience supporting multi-site environments or distributed teamsBackground in MSP, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume support environmentsExposure to device management tools or remote support platformsScripting or automation (PowerShell or similar)Work Environment & TravelHybrid schedule with a mix of remote work, office time, and onsite support w/mileage reimbursementRegular local travel to support regional locations (primarily within the same geographic area)Occasional off-hours or weekend support based on business needsWhy This RoleOpportunity to gain broad exposure across cloud platforms and IT systemsHands-on, real-world experience supporting a growing, distributed organizationClear path to expand responsibilities and grow within ITOur specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.
