Machinist- part time or per diem

Job Description We are seeking a Machinist- Part Time/per diemto join our team!We are looking for someone who wants flexibility in their schedule as a supplemental job. We do not have the work load for full time so this would be the perfect opportunity for someone to come work as little as once a week on a day off or post retirement to pick up some work. It could be any day of the week, or a few days. We are very open to working with your schedule.We do need some experience in being a machinist and setting up- not just an operator.Responsibilities:Operate machine tools to produce precision partsTest completed equipment to detect and remove defectsSet up and adjust programs using Milltronics conversational, M and G coding.Qualifications:Previous experience in machinery or other related fieldsFamiliarity with machining, tools and equipmentStrong analytical and mathematical skillsStrong attention to detailFamiliarity with Milltronics and Mazak machines preferred.Requirements:Must be able to set up machines, adjust, and run machine in addition to operating.
