As a Software Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions to meet the needs of our Partners and Litigation teams. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, designing and developing software solutions, and providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. He/she should have awareness of the tech industry’s current and emerging technology trends and direction. Should possess the ability and desire to engage with all skill levels within the company including partners, paralegals and legal assistants. Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time. Work a Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm schedule (possible overtime, as needed). Proven experience in software development and engineering Strong programming skills in languages such as VB.Net, ASP.Net, Java, C# Data analytics Skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools (at least one of the following: Power BI, Periscope, SSRS or similar BI tools) Proficient English in both communicating & writing Team player with strong interpersonal skills Independent and initiating Natural integrator Flexible, out of the box creative thinker Problem solving mindset Job Duties: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements Design and develop innovative software solutions that meet internal needs Test and debug software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software solutions Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering to continuously improve software solutions. Support existing Databases and the migration of applications and services into a new cloud-based platforms Collaborate with various applications for integration solutions Deploy and maintain software systems in production environments. Support On-Premise and Azure MSSQL Databases Support strategic business needs to help teams improve productivity
