Kinsa is recruiting for a: General ManagerLocation: East coast, US (remote with travel)Our client is a fast-growing global nutraceutical manufacturer expanding its North American presence. They are looking for the leader who will drive and facilitate that growth. This role combines hands-on leadership of the current business with a mandate to build the next-stage commercial platform in a rapidly evolving category. You will run the North American business with full accountability for performance, growth, and building the organization.15+ years of Nutraceutical or closely related experience, plus co-manufacturing. Demonstrated success scaling a complex business with full P&L responsibility. Global business perspective.Compensation & Benefits:Base salary: $300-350K, plus generous bonus potential and equity.Medical, Dental, Vision, disability401(k)PTO & holiday payKey Responsibilities and Goals:Own the North America P&L; deliver profitable growth and value creation.Translate global strategy into a clear regional growth plan and operating cadence.Lead commercial execution (sales, business development, pricing, and strategic accounts).Build the North American platform (team, partnerships, and cross-functional integration with global HQ and operations).Regular travel throughout North America and periodic global travel (valid current passport required)Competencies Needed for Success:15+ years in senior leadership within nutraceuticals, or adjacent functional, FDA-regulated industries. Recent, significant contract manufacturing experience.Demonstrated success owning and scaling a business with full P&L responsibility, able to operate strategically and execute tactically.Strong commercial leadership: revenue growth, pricing/deal execution, and strategic account development (branded consumer health and/or large retail/store-brand customers).Experience scaling through complex customer ecosystems, partnerships, and hybrid manufacturing/commercial models.Proven people leader who attracts, develops, and retains high-performing teams.Must live near a major airport and have a valid passport.
