Salary: $66,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent with over 2 years of relevant experienceProficiency in C, Linux shell scripts, or comparable software test scriptsDemonstrated ability in formal requirement creation and software test case developmentExperience in hardware/software debugging within embedded control systemsStrong verbal communication skills for effective interactions in teleconferences with suppliers, clients, and team membersExceptional interpersonal abilities conducive to collaborative team settingsMust be a U.S. Citizen to acquire and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Responsibilities:
Engage in software integration and verification for embedded avionic engine and flight control systemsWork collaboratively in a team-focused environment with both on-site and near-site opportunitiesDevelop and execute software in a lab environment utilizing test simulation systemsCreate formal Requirements Based Test procedures to ensure adherence to DO-178C standardsManage requirements documentation, test procedures, and results using a configuration management systemConduct a blend of requirements reviews, software development, simulation testing, and system-level testing in an avionics lab setting
