With rapid growth in the U.S. market, the company is expanding its team and strengthening its operational capabilities.To support this growth, we are looking for a hands-on and structured HR professional to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensure a smooth and professional employee experience across the U.S. organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain employee data and HR systems, including ADPDraft and issue offer letters, NDAs and employment documentationCoordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding processesEnsure compliance and proper documentation across the employee lifecycleServe as a point of contact for HR-related questions from employeesSupport communication and coordination with the global People & Culture teamHandle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth operationsContribute to building and improving HR processes and structure as the company growsQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field510 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration or HR generalist rolesAdvanced, hands-on experience as a power user of ADP Workforce Now/TotalSourceHighly proficient in the Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 suiteExperience managing onboarding and employee documentation processesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage manual data input and data accuracyExcellent written communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in a scale-up environment with evolving processesYou enjoy being the person who gets things done and takes ownership of HR operations end-to-endAdditionally, experience working with international teams in the defense, security, or technology sectors is preferred.About You: You are a hands-on and reliable HR professional who enjoys taking ownership and making things run smoothly.
