This role supports our accounting team in processing financial data, managing vendor records, and assisting with both accounts payable and receivable tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and eager to grow within a collaborative office environment.What You'll DoAssist with day-to-day accounts payable functionsProvide support to accounts receivable as neededMaintain and update spreadsheets for tracking and reporting (including pivot tables in Excel)Set up and maintain vendor profiles and documentationMonitor and manage multiple AP email inboxesScan and organize incoming invoices into digital foldersAccurately enter invoices with proper GL codingRetrieve and reconcile vendor statements monthlyPrepare and issue Release of Liens to vendorsPerform other administrative or accounting duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDFExperience with Sage and/or TimberScan is a plusExcellent communication and follow-up skillsProfessional demeanor and strong work ethicMust be able to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL (this position is not remote or hybrid)Perks of the JobWeekly Pay401(k) + Company MatchComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-paid life insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth
