CNO Analyst/ProgrammerLocation: Fort Meade, MDClearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope PolygraphWorkplace: On-siteMultiple Openings | Junior to SMEWe are seeking CNO Analysts/Programmers at the Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, and SME levels to support the development and implementation of Computer Network Operations (CNO) tools and applications.What You’ll DoDevelop software for CNO applications.Design and develop end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools.Write and maintain code throughout the software development lifecycle.Prepare and maintain technical documentation and presentations.Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.Support technical reviews and formal software development activities.Senior-level candidates will also develop packet-level network programs and work with network socket programming and IP/TCP/application-layer protocols.Basic QualificationsActive TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.Strong proficiency in C and/or C++ preferred.Proficiency in one or more of:CC++AssemblyJavaPerlPythonExperience or education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related field.Ability to prepare technical documentation and participate in software reviews.Senior/SME QualificationsExperience programming with CNO tools and techniques.Strong knowledge of network socket programming.Experience with packet-level IP, TCP, and application-layer protocols.Ability to develop end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools.Experience LevelsJunior: No experience required with a bachelor's degree; 4 years with a high school diploma.Mid-Level: 2–8 years depending on education.Senior: 6–12 years depending on education.SME: 8–16+ years depending on education. Important: The Full Scope Polygraph must have been conducted in Maryland by the Fort Meade customer.
