Metal Casting Technician | Foundry Assistant

Job Summary: Assist the Concast (Foundry) team in the production of metal castings and bar stock. Responsibilities include preparing sandcast molds, handling metal charges, and finishing castings in a discreet casting operation.Shift: Two positions available:4:00 AM - 12:00 PM (with overtime as needed)12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (with overtime as needed) Responsibilities:Prepare and set up sandcast molds.Knock out and finish sand castings.Weigh and prepare metal charges.Measure and record production data.Cut off, dress, and finish castings.Operate band saws and other power tools.ssist with other related duties as assigned. Requirements:1+ year of experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment.bility to work overtime and extended hours as needed.Comfortable using hand and power tools.
