Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain TIG welding equipment, including torches, gas flow, and filler materials, in a safe and efficient manner.; Perform manual TIG welding on stainless steel components of varying thicknesses, primarily from 16-gauge to 1/4 inch.; Grind, polish, and finish welds to meet required aesthetic and sanitary standards.; Fit, align, and tack components prior to final welding to ensure accurate assembly and proper joint preparation.; Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
