Regional Program Manager (RPM)
The Select Group’s Telecommunications Vertical is seeking a Regional Program Manager (RPM) to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, utility, and construction projects for data center sites. This role oversees complex, multi-disciplinary projects across the full lifecycle-from master planning through construction readiness, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and compliance.Qualifications8+ years of project or program management experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities, or civil projects Experience developing cost estimates across the construction project lifecycleStrong background in budgeting, cost control, and schedule managementExperience with contract management, including procurement, negotiations, RFIs, and change ordersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldKey Responsibilities Project Lifecycle ManagementLead multiple infrastructure and construction projects across planning, permitting, and execution phasesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategiesTrack progress and ensure alignment with timelines, costs, and deliverablesPre-Construction & PlanningPartner with internal stakeholders to gather and document project requirements (e.g., capacity, power, timelines)Track updates and maintain accurate records within internal systemsCommunicate changes in scope, schedule, or budget to relevant teamsDesign CoordinationCollaborate with internal design teams to align on project execution and expectationsProcurement, Permitting & ComplianceSupport procurement strategies, RFP/bidding processes, and subcontractor evaluationsManage RFIs, change orders, and purchase ordersEnsure compliance with local regulations, permitting requirements, and internal standardsProject Execution & CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestonesProvide regular progress reporting and status updates to leadershipProject Controls & Risk ManagementPartner with project controls teams to ensure adherence to budgets and schedulesIdentify and mitigate risks related to land, utilities, construction delays, and complianceSupport change management and contingency planning effortsVendor ManagementManage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, utilities, and external partnersNegotiate scopes of work, SLAs, and timelinesMonitor vendor performance and contract complianceTSG is an equal opportunity employer.
