The roleWe’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own meaningful surface area across our platform from day one. You’ll work directly with the founder on architecture and product decisions, ship production code daily, and help shape the small full-time engineering team we’re building. This is a builder’s seat, not a maintenance seat. We’re looking for someone who treats scope as a feature, not a problem. What you’ll do • Build and ship across the full stack • Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration • Improve the platform daily — performance, reliability, and product velocity all matter • Work directly with the founder on technical direction and priorities • Help define engineering standards and the bar for the team as we growWhat we’re looking for • 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production systems at scale • Comfort operating in a large, established codebase — you can navigate, refactor, and extend without breaking things • Strong product instincts; you push back when a spec is wrong and propose better paths • Experience in payments, fintech, or other regulated/high-stakes domains is a strong plus (not required if the rest is sharp) • Self-directed. You don’t need a PM, a Jira board, or a standup to know what to do next • Direct communicator. We say what we mean and expect the same backWhat you get • Senior compensation (base + equity) • Full ownership of your work and visible impact on the business • A founder who respects engineers and ships alongside them • The chance to help build the team — not inherit oneHow to applySend a short note about what you’ve built, a link to anything you’re proud of (GitHub, prior product, etc.), and what you’re looking for.Stripped: the Fenaxis rebrand reference, the LOC count, and any description of the MCC engine, boarding portal, affiliate portal, or coaching infrastructure. The post now says you’re in payments and you’ve built proprietary infrastructure — nothing more. One honest note: keeping it this generic will reduce signal for candidates trying to figure out if they want the job, which usually means more unqualified applicants in the funnel and longer screening time. That’s a fair tradeoff if competitive sensitivity is the priority — just go in expecting it.Want a shorter version for the LinkedIn post body (the part above the “see more” fold), or is this for the full job listing?
