Flowback Operator

Schedule: 2-week rotation (day and night crew) * Coordinate and participate in rigging up/down test equipment Operate the equipment that will include safety systems, pumps, valves, rigging mechanisms, pressure testing equipment, 1502 iron, plug valves, plug valve manifolds, plug/part catchers, sand traps, test separators, flare stacks, generators, pumps/filter pods, compressors, tanks, hydraulics and combustors Assist in frac, drill-out, flowback, and production testing processes Ability to effectively collect and provide accurate data, including recording, sampling, and tracking of field reports and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Ability to assemble/disassemble, inspect, repair and pressure test all equipment Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot testing equipment such as separators and manifolds, etc. Perform maintenance and repair work in the field and yard Performs various other job duties as assigned by supervisor Must be able to swing 10 pound hammer repetitively. Requires appropriate PPE to be worn; safety glasses, steel toe boots, ear plugs etc.... Requires exposure to moderate noise levels. Exposure to warm, hot, and cold temperatures.
