Property Maintenance Technician

ACPP, LLC is currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Property Maintenance Technician for our Riverside Park community in West Memphis, AR! RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property. Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy. Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property. Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all personal tools required for Property Maintenance Technicians. Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and professional attitude at all times. Responsive, courteous, and efficient in the handling of all resident requests. Responsible for thorough knowledge of Company Policies and Procedures and the property Community Policies. Must be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards at all times. Regular attendance, overtime, and availability to work on-call for after-hours emergencies and pending property inspections are expected for this position. We are an equal opportunity employer.
