Works closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and maintain safety and quality standards.*MUST HAVE* Experience with injection molding or blow molding machines. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Familiarity with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers). Good communication and teamwork skills.
