The team environment is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and focused on driving business expansion across strategic markets.Job Description:The Regional Business Development Manager will focus on generating new business opportunities, expanding client partnerships, and supporting telecom infrastructure growth initiatives throughout an assigned territory. This role requires a proactive sales professional who is comfortable developing new accounts, re-engaging inactive customers, and identifying opportunities related to wireless site development and leasing.This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support lease negotiations, site acquisition efforts, and customer relationship management initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and experienced in telecommunications or infrastructure-related business development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand revenue opportunitiesGenerate new business through prospecting activities including cold outreach, networking, and account developmentReconnect with inactive or former clients to uncover additional revenue opportunitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with telecom partners, vendors, and customersIdentify potential wireless infrastructure and tower development opportunities within target marketsAssist with lease negotiations, amendments, and telecommunications site acquisition activitiesCoordinate project-related documentation including surveys, reports, construction plans, and lease packagesMaintain accurate project and client records within internal databases and tracking systemsCollaborate with internal departments and third-party vendors to support project execution timelinesParticipate in industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to increase market visibilityMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic business opportunitiesSupport reporting efforts related to project statuses, pipeline activity, and revenue trackingTravel within the assigned region as neededQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience within the telecommunications industryPrior experience in business development, outside sales, or account managementDemonstrated success growing revenue and developing new client relationshipsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredAdditional Details:Direct hire opportunityHybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 remote day per weekOffice schedule flexibility available; standard hours are approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMMondays and Fridays required onsiteAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
