Director of Resort PartnershipsRemote (U.S.) - Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.We’re looking for someone who understands how resorts actually operate.Not just from a software perspective — but from the realities of guest experience, property operations, onsite engagement, and hospitality decision-making.Venue is building a real-time visibility and engagement layer for physical environments — helping resorts surface activities, experiences, events, offers, and operational awareness dynamically across property.This role is focused on helping establish early partnerships across:resortsdestination propertieshospitality groupsand large-scale guest environmentsYou’ll work directly with leadership to introduce Venue to operators responsible for:guest experienceresort operationsproperty technologyand onsite revenue activationResponsibilitiesLead outreach and partnership discussions with resorts and hospitality groupsBuild relationships across Operations, Guest Experience, IT, and General ManagementHelp guide property-level onboarding and adoptionSupport partnership strategy as Venue expands into hospitality environmentsRepresent Venue within the hospitality and resort ecosystemIdeal Background3+ years working with resorts, hospitality groups, or hospitality technologyExisting relationships within hospitality or resort operations strongly preferredExperience selling or managing hospitality technology, guest experience platforms, PMS-related systems, or operational software is a major plusStrong understanding of hospitality operations and decision-making structuresComfortable operating independently in an early-stage environmentThis is not a marketing or social media role.We’re looking for someone who understands hospitality environments commercially and operationally — and can help guide early enterprise adoption.Compensation1.0% equity subject to a standard 3-month cliff followed by monthly vesting over 36 monthsDuring the contractor phase, one-time cash incentive equal to 25%–50% of the first month’s revenue from each signed property/community, depending on size, quality, and level of involvementTransition to cash compensation + equity as revenue scalesIf this feels aligned with your experience, feel free to apply or reach out directly.#HospitalityTech #Resorts #GuestExperience #HospitalityCareers
