SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Solutions DirectorThis candidate needs to have SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Professional Services experiencePreferred Locations: NJ, Dallas, TX, Chicago, Il Salary: $190,000 - $250,000We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Solutions Director who combines commercial leadership, solution architecture expertise, and executive client engagement to drive large-scale transformation programmes.This is not a traditional delivery role.We are looking for a proven deal-maker and trusted advisor who can originate, shape, and close complex SAP-led engagements within the Professional Services sector.The RoleYou will operate at the intersection of sales, consulting, and solution design, leading strategic engagements from initial client conversation through to deal closure and transition into delivery.You will:Engage and influence C-level stakeholders, shaping their digital transformation agendaOriginate and close high-value SAP S/4HANA opportunities, not just support sales cyclesLead consulting-led solution development, crafting compelling, differentiated propositionsTranslate client challenges into commercially viable SAP solutionsOwn the end-to-end sales lifecycle — from qualification through proposal, orals, and negotiationPosition SAP S/4HANA (including Public Cloud) as a strategic transformation platform, not just a system implementationWork closely with global delivery teams to ensure solutions are credible, scalable, and deliverableBuild reusable assets and approaches to accelerate future opportunitiesWhat We’re Really Looking ForThis role requires a rare combination of capabilities.
