Senior Superintendent

Fantastic company culture, work-life balance and compensation plan that includes annual raises, performance bonuses, 401k, Health Insurance, Truck, Life Insurance, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activities from start to finishCoordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspectionsEnforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsiteCommunicate with project managers to ensure alignment on budget, schedule, and project goalsMaintain quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specificationsLead weekly site meetings and provide regular project updatesTrack daily progress and maintain accurate field reports and documentationProactively identify and resolve jobsite issues or delaysEnsure materials and equipment are delivered on time and stored properlyRequirements5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionExperience managing ground-up K-12, charter school, or institutional projects is a bonus!Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency with project management software and reporting toolsOSHA 30 certification preferred
