Shift differentials may apply for 2nd and 3rd shift.Experience5–10 years of plastic injection molding processing experience preferred.Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Foreman / Processor to support daily plastic injection molding operations, troubleshoot processing issues, lead shift activity, and help maintain production, quality, and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, start up, and process injection molding machinesTroubleshoot molding defects and production issuesSupport mold changes, material changes, and startupsLead shift operators and coordinate daily productionMonitor quality, cycle times, scrap, and production outputUse calipers, micrometers, and inspection toolsMaintain shift reports and production documentationSupport safety culture, housekeeping, and continuous improvementQualifications5–10 years of hands-on injection molding experienceStrong processing and troubleshooting skillsMechanical aptitude and ability to work with tooling, machines, and auxiliary equipmentAbility to lead people in a fast-paced production environmentBasic math and measurement skillsForklift experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive hourly payShift differential opportunities$8,000 sign-on bonus401(k)Health, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time offWork LocationIn personModern Mold and Tool45 Downing Industrial ParkwayPittsfield MA 01201
