The role involves providing therapy for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting. Common patient diagnoses include strokes, hip fractures, debility, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle accidents, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis. The ideal candidate should be patient-centered, team-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The position includes floating to evaluate and treat patients in medical-surgical and ICU settings as needed. Team members will work with a patient ratio of 6:1. Supervision will be provided by the designated supervisor.
