Neurology Physician

We are seeking an Interventional Neurologist to support a locums coverage need in Illinois. The provider will deliver a combination of neurointerventional procedures, inpatient neurology coverage, and clinic services while working collaboratively with hospitalists, neurosurgery, and advanced practice providers.Schedule24-hour shifts3 clinic days per week (12-hour clinic days with night call)Weekends: call coverage only, no clinicMinimum availability: 7 consecutive shifts preferredEstimated 21 shifts per monthResponsibilitiesPerform neurointerventional and endovascular proceduresProvide general neurology coverageManage inpatient census of approximately 15 patientsHandle consults, admissions, and ER casesServe as primary call contact for transfer callsCollaborate with adult hospitalists and neurosurgeryServe as collaborating physician for APP agreementsRequirementsBoard Certified in NeurologyActive Illinois Medical License (required to apply)DEA and Illinois CSRACLS and BLS certificationsMinimum 1 year of experienceClean background
