The lead will be setting up the framework to set the coders up on the position. Job DescriptionLead the design and delivery of event-driven transactional microservices on AWS (Java 17/Spring Boot, ECS, Aurora PostgreSQL, SQS FIFO, EventBridge, MSK) processing millions of decisions/day — not data pipelines or analytics.Required: 7+ years Java/Spring Boot, hands-on AWS (ECS, Aurora, SQS, EventBridge), transactional systems with concurrency controls (advisory locks, optimistic versioning), Kafka, CI/CD (GitLab), Terraform/CDK.Preferred: Drools rules engine, state machine patterns, parallel-run validation, Resilience4j, legacy-to-cloud migration.
