We have a current opening for a Digital Commerce Manager on our eCommerce team in our Chamblee, GA, location. Accent Decor is seeking a highly talented, data-driven Digital Commerce Manager to join our eCommerce department. Reporting to the director of eCommerce, this strategic and creative role is instrumental in driving digital merchandising initiatives and leveraging data to maximize online sales and optimize the site experience.

Supporting development and owning execution of comprehensive merchandising strategy to maximize online conversion rates.
Utilizing data-driven insights and analytics to implement personalized merchandising strategies including dynamic content and product recommendations.
Possessing strong understanding of KPIs for areas of ownership, utilizing data to influence site strategy.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, product development, and creative to align digital merchandising efforts with the overall business objectives.
Curating and organizing the product catalog to optimize the visual appeal, ensuring an accurate, user-friendly, and intuitive navigation experience.
Building and maintaining rules for best-in-class site search, browse and navigation experience.
Implementing best practices for product imagery, descriptions, and placement to maximize customer engagement.
Leading team in strategy for key marketing click-through experiences (email, social, etc.).
Owning activation, merch, content update and QA of new product for seasonal go live.
Demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge by staying informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of our diverse range of products, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate and educate customers, clients, and team members.
Analytics & Market Research
Utilizing web analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of digital merchandizing initiatives.
Providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, offering recommendations for optimization and improvement of the digital website.
Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to continually refine and enhance our digital merchandising approach.
Conducting regular competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and areas of improvement for our digital website.
Assisting with regular auditing and testing of website.
Campaigns & Site Content
Driving the success of the merchandising strategies for promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal events.
Coordinating regular homepage refreshes and landing experiences to maintain a fresh experience for our customers that aligns with the marketing calendar.
Supporting initiatives such as SEO, analytics tagging, and other various projects needed to optimize the digital experience.
Updating web content as needed.
You'll stand out from other applicants if you can show:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
5+ years of proven experience in eCommerce merchandising and product management
Experience with data analytics and reporting
Analytical thinker who leverages data to drive decisions and create plans
Experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Driven, resourceful problem-solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Microsoft Excel proficiency (including vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.).
Self-starter with a deep desire to work in a highly cross-functional and entrepreneurial setting.
