We are looking for Junior Developer - Python Location - NYC, NY (Hybrid Onsite)Location - NYC, NY (Hybrid Onsite)Vetting flow - 4 rounds of interview (Including one in person)Clean, documented code and clear communication with stakeholders throughoutPrimary ResponsibilitiesDevelop internal tools that support data management and reporting needs across the Sustainability teamStructure and organize data to support consistent, reliable access across workflows and applicationsBuild and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows in Python and SQL against SnowflakeCommunicate directly with investment professionals: flag issues early, set expectations, and follow throughWork in an environment where priorities shift quickly; pivot without losing context on deprioritized workQualifications4+ years’ experience in a development role.Solid Python skills and comfortable working with data.Hands-on SQL experience; Snowflake familiarity a plusStrong communication skills — able to give clear, direct updates to non-technical stakeholdersComfortable operating in a front office environment: urgency, changing priorities, and high standards for outputFamiliarity with Git and standard development workflows
