Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in Charlotte, NC. Some remote work flexibility is available. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, overseeing travel arrangements, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring organizational efficiency for executives. This individual will also act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to handle confidential and high-level tasks effectivelyProficiency in Communication and maintaining professional interactions with internal and external stakeholdersExperience with Diary Management and coordinating schedules efficientlyProven Clerical Skills, including document preparation, file management, and data entryExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesProficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling applicationsSelf-motivated, reliable, and capable of maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
