Behavioral Support Apprentice

Behavioral Support Apprentice - Northern Colorado Tailored Paths Consulting is seeking a dependable, motivated individual interested in behavioral-health, vocational rehabilitation, community support, and employment coaching throughout Northern Colorado. This is a part-time, community-based role ideal for someone interested in psychology, behavioral health, vocational rehabilitation, human services, disability services, ABA, case management, or community mental health. Responsibilities may include: Community-based client support Employment-readiness coaching Vocational support Behavioral support Independent living skill-building Personal Adjustment Training support Work Adjustment Training support Documentation and progress notes Communication with referral sources Ideal candidates are: Reliable Professional Self-motivated Comfortable working independently Comfortable traveling locally for client appointments Interested in helping individuals with barriers to employment and independence Reliable transportation is required. Prior experience in behavioral health, ABA, RBT work, human services, case management, vocational rehabilitation, or community mental health is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
