Construction Foreman

$2,500 sign on bonus for qualified applicants. Ray Labbe & Sons is seeking an experienced and motivated operating commercial foreman to join our team. We are a family owned and operated sitework construction company that has been providing the greater Mid-Coast area of Maine with quality services and products since 1955. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid vacations, holidays, and sick time. Description Experienced Job Foreman with equipment operation skills. Proficient in light or heavy commercial projects. Should have experience operating various excavation equipment and knowledge to manage a project in a safe and competent manner. Must have a willingness to perform various other necessary tasks and be able to work in an unsupervised area. Should also have good skills in working with the public. We are a progressive company dedicated to providing opportunities and security for our employees. We focus on working in the greater Mid-Coast Maine area which allows all our employees to return home in the evenings. Traveling which requires overnight stays in not anticipated. Company will provide crew truck which can also be used to commute to and from work. Wages commensurate with experience. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of equipment operation & supervisory experience. Must be a dependable and motivated individual who works well with the general public and can work on your own.
