Assistant Manager

Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store is running smoothly - Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns - Drive sales by promoting products and services to customers - Train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills - Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked - Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts - Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new team members - Assist with pricing strategies to maximize profitability - Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets Requirements: - Previous experience in a leadership role, such as Assistant Manager or similar position - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner - Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required - Experience in wireless sales is a plus - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong training and development abilities to help team members reach their full potential Join our team as an Assistant Manager and take your career to the next level.
