Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team! Specifically, the ANSWERLAKE team is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and operation of ANSWERLAKE, a backend system that provides compliant storage and access for analytic results and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that support enterprise outcomes. We are also open to interviewing new graduates who have part of the skillset below.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or universityFour (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree Required:Strong grasp of Kubernetes networking, configuration, and deployment across secure environmentsProven ability to support compliance-driven sustainment activities with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent collaboration skills with both technical team members and mission stakeholdersSolid documentation and tracking skills using enterprise tools; experience working with ISSO/ISSE on SSP documentationAbility to adapt quickly to evolving security and mission needsDesired:Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Salt, and AnsibleFamiliarity with Rancher, Helm, and advanced Kubernetes featuresWorking knowledge of observability tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, and GrafanaSecurity+ (CWIP) or equivalent certification preferred
