Senior UX Designer

Job DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional Skills Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design that effectively communicate design ideas Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience Stay updated in industry trend, best practices, and emerging technologies such as AI to continue improve the design process Advocate for the users throughout the product development life cycle, ensuring that user experience Develop and maintain reusable learning object libraries, templates, and style guides that ensure consistency across productsRoles & Responsibilities Identify high-impact research and analysis areas to drive platform enhancements. Lead stakeholder and user engagement sessions to uncover pain points and inform the design of intuitive new solutions. Facilitate brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions with PMs and technical leads to evaluate the feasibility of system revamps and feature improvements. Develop prototypes to visualize concepts for customers and gather actionable feedback.
