In this position, you will assist with office duties in Human Resources such as: Greet office guestsAnswer office phonesProcess confidential paperworkAdditional office responsibilities as assigned.This position will begin in April. The chosen applicant will be expected to sign a confidentiality agreement due to the sensitive nature of the material they may handle. Students must be able to commit to working 20 hours a week while classes are in session and have the ability to work up to 40 hours a week when classes are not in session.Examples of DutiesThis position will assist the HR personnel with items including, but not limited to: Assisting all new employees with their new hire paperwork, including remote I-9 sessions.Data entry into UCM's HRIS system.Serving as a customer service rep that will greet and assist in person and telephone customers. Completing verifications of employment both over the phone and on paper.Assisting Senior Strategic HR Partners with tasks.Scanning forms.Filing, Indexing, and Shredding Work during the summer as well as the school year.
